From Bondage to Liberation: A Vedantic Guide to Mindful Living
This course provides a comprehensive guide to transforming the mind from a source of bondage into a pathway to liberation, as taught in the Vedantic tradition. Dhyaanam – Meditation and the Meditator – will guide participants through three stages of mind transformation: recognizing the mind as a problem, reorienting it as a useful instrument, and finally, realizing the true self beyond the mind. Through the teachings of the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Yoga Sutras, participants will learn to cultivate a mindful approach to life, where the mind serves as a guide rather than a hindrance. The course will equip participants with meditation practices and self-inquiry techniques to live a life of inner freedom and spiritual fulfillment.
